By accessing our website, purchasing a workshop, or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before using our platform or completing a purchase.

Please review them carefully before using our platform or completing a purchase.

1. Services & Offerings

Podding Made Easy provides:

• Podcast production and editing services

• Creative consulting

• Live workshops and digital trainings

• Downloadable or replay-based educational materials

By purchasing any service or event, you agree to use our offerings for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide complies with applicable laws, copyright standards, and platform guidelines.

2. Workshops & Live Events

From time to time, PME offers live virtual workshops and digital trainings.

By purchasing access to a workshop:

• You receive access to the live event and/or replay (if included).

• Access credentials may not be shared or redistributed.

• Workshop purchases are non-transferable.

Access to the live session or replay constitutes fulfillment of the digital service.

3. Payments & Billing

a. Payment Methods

We accept secure payment methods through Stripe and other approved processors.

b. One-Time, Milestone, or Subscription Payments

Depending on the service selected, payments may be:

• One-time (e.g., workshops or single services)

• Milestone-based

• Recurring (for ongoing production services)

By completing a purchase, you authorize PME and our payment processors to charge the agreed amount.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service or access.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

• Service projects may qualify for partial refunds prior to delivery.

• Completed service deliverables are non-refundable.

• Live workshops and digital trainings are non-refundable due to their digital nature and limited-access format.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting PME may result in removal of access to services and future offerings.

5. Deliverables & Revisions (Service Clients)

For production clients:

Deliverables will follow agreed specifications.

The number of revision rounds is defined during onboarding.

Additional revisions or scope expansions may incur additional fees.

PME is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, unclear direction, or delayed feedback.

6. Intellectual Property

Until full payment is received:

All working files and project materials remain the property of PME.

After final payment:

Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use final deliverables as agreed.

PME retains the right to display completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

Workshop materials, recordings, slides, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of PME and may not be redistributed.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide necessary materials in a timely manner

• Ensure legal ownership of submitted content

• Not misuse workshop access links or materials

Unauthorized distribution of workshop materials may result in revoked access and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

PME provides services and educational content for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Business results

• Podcast monetization outcomes

• Audience growth metrics

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PME shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service or workshop in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party tools including but not limited to:

• Stripe (payments)

• Zoom (live events)

• Email service providers

• Hosting platforms

We are not responsible for outages, disruptions, or policy changes of third-party platforms.

Use of these tools is subject to their respective terms.

10. Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

We collect limited personal information necessary to:

• Process payments

• Deliver services

• Send event communications

• Provide support

We do not sell personal data.

11. Modifications

PME reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Georgia.
