1. Service-Based Projects (Podcast Production & Editing)
Our services (such as podcast editing, production, and publishing support) are customized for each client.
For that reason:
• Before work begins: 100% refund available.
• After work has begun but before first delivery: Partial refund may be granted based on work completed.
• After first or final delivery: No refunds, as services have been rendered.
We will always work with you to address revisions or concerns to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
2. Live Workshops & Digital Trainings
Due to the digital nature of live workshops, limited seat availability, and access to replay materials, all workshop purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend live, you will still receive access to the replay (if included in your purchase).
By purchasing a workshop, you acknowledge that access to the event and materials constitutes fulfillment of the service.
3. Trial Edits or One-Time Services
If you purchase a trial edit or one-time service and are not satisfied with the initial delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your file. We will review your feedback and may offer a one-time revision or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Digital Deliverables
Once digital assets (such as edited audio files, videos, templates, or design materials) have been delivered, they are considered final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted files or download problems), we will promptly re-send or correct the files.
