1. Use of Our Services
Podding Made Easy provides podcast production, editing, design, and related creative services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (audio, video, or written material) complies with applicable laws, copyright standards, and community guidelines.
2. Consultations & Engagements
All projects begin with an initial consultation call. Following the call, PME will provide a project summary or proposal, including pricing, scope of work, and estimated timelines.
A project officially begins once payment (full or partial) has been received.
3. Payments & Billing
a. Accepted Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods through our invoicing or checkout system.
b. One-Time, Milestone, or Subscription Payments
Depending on your package or agreement, payments may be:
One-time: full payment upfront for a defined service.
Milestone-based: staged payments tied to project progress.
Recurring: automatic monthly billing for ongoing editing or management plans.
You authorize PME (and our payment processors) to process these charges according to the agreed plan.
Late or failed payments may delay delivery or suspend service.
4. Deliverables & Revisions
All deliverables (audio, video, graphics, or written assets) will follow the specifications discussed during onboarding.
PME will provide the agreed number of revision rounds within the defined project scope.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before proceeding.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required materials—such as recordings, logos, brand assets, or instructions—in a timely manner.
Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend delivery timelines.
PME is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets, unclear instructions, or late feedback.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our [Refund Policy].
In summary:
100% refund if work has not begun.
Partial refund possible if work has started but is incomplete.
No refunds after final delivery or for completed digital assets.
Clients are encouraged to communicate any issues promptly so we can address them collaboratively.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All raw project files, templates, and working materials remain the property of PME until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final deliverables for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.
PME retains the right to display completed work (or short excerpts) in portfolios, reels, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
Any files, content, or information shared with PME during a project will be used solely for the purpose of completing your service and will not be shared externally without your permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for high-quality work, PME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Third-Party Services & Integrations
Our website and workflow may include links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., file-sharing, scheduling, or payment platforms).
We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third parties.
Use of those tools is subject to their own terms and policies.
11. Privacy
By engaging with PME, you also agree to our [Privacy Policy].
We collect and process limited personal data only as necessary to manage projects, communications, and payments.
12. Modifications
