1. Service-Based Projects
Our services (such as podcast editing, production, and publishing) are customized for each client.
For that reason, full refunds are generally not possible after work has begun. However, here’s how we handle different scenarios:
Before work begins: 100% refund available.
After work has begun but before first delivery: Partial refund may be granted based on the amount of work completed.
After first delivery or final delivery: No refunds, as services have been rendered.
We’ll always work with you to address revisions or concerns to make sure you’re satisfied with the final product.
2. Trial Edits or One-Time Services
If you purchase a trial edit or one-time service and are not satisfied with the initial delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your file. We’ll review your feedback and offer a one-time revision or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Digital Deliverables
Once digital assets (such as edited videos, audio files, or thumbnail designs) have been delivered, they are considered final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted files or download problems), we’ll gladly re-send or fix the files promptly.
